- Primary diagnosis is a developmental disability and may have a secondary diagnosis.
- Must be eighteen years old.
- Individuals must be tuberculosis-negative.
- Male or female individuals.
- Currently accepting ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals.
- Consumer service needs can be managed by Noble Care.
- Accepts individuals eligible for DD waiver funding, and private funding.
