Non Center Based Program
Community Engagement 1:3 ratio
- Build relationships and natural support systems
- Develop social relationships with people without disabilities
- Activities are conducted at naturally occurring times in a variety of natural settings
Community Coaching 1:1 Ratio
- Supporting the individual in various settings in the community to minimize barriers from participating in activities of community engagement.
Workplace Assistance 1:1 Ratio
- Skill building related to behavior, time management or other skills needed for successful employment
- Can include support with personal car
Center Based Program
Group Day Services 1:7 ratio
- Develop self, social, and environmental awareness skills
- Volunteer and connect with others in the community
- Develop skills required for paid employment in a community setting
- Some skilled nursing services being offered
