Nursing Services

Daily nursing and rehabilitative care will be performed only by, or under the supervision of, skilled medical personnel which is our Nurse Facilitator. This care will be given to those needing care that has orders from a physician and must follow a plan of care.  Services to be performed but not limited to;

• Range of Motion (ROM)/ Passive Range of Motion (PROM)—Aides those that are suffering from the deterioration of muscle tone.  These exercises are used to prevent atrophy.
• Feeding assistance—The use of NG or G- tubes to provide those who have suffered injuries or illnesses preventing or limiting traditional consumption.
• Medication—Administering and monitoring prescription drugs that are to be given to clients as per physician’s orders.Wound care- Monitoring wounds and insuring that are properly cleaned (iodine, antiseptics) and dressed to prevent infection.
